Medication Administration Records are used in Care Homes and increasingly in the Community. They may be dispensing label applied or more often PMR printed. MARs are usually remote from the medication but when used within the pack under license, they can act as a contents list.

Record cards in the Community need to be easier to record since the Carer is often on a busy schedule and Compliance is the main concern.

Having record cards in the pack and imagination in their layout, Carer time can be saved without compromising accuracy.
